When it comes to mid-winter on Fire Island, the doldrums can set in and that is why gatherings like the Year Round Residents Association Pot Luck Dinner are so important to the island collective. Held at the Fair Harbor Fire Department headquarters, it is evident that a good time was enjoyed by year round residents of all ages representing communities from east to west. A good spread of food was also to be had – made in kitchens across Fire Island with love!
