Chefs for a Cause
The Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition invites you to the 24th Annual Chefs for a Cause, the signature fundraising gala at The Piermont in Babylon Village, 494 Fire Island Avenue, Babylon from 6-10 p.m. Uniting Long Island’s top culinary talents and compassionate community members to raise critical funds in support of local individuals undergoing treatment for breast and gynecological cancers, this beloved evening is more than a night out. Bring your little ones, ages 5 and up, to the Bayard Cutting Arboretum, 440 Montauk Highway, Great Rive,r for a children’s candle-making class from 9:30-10:30 a.m. In this workshop, participants will learn a unique layering process to utilize recycled wax; choosing from a variety of spring scents, each attendee will create two 8 oz candles!
