Congratulations to the East Islip High School’s varsity cheer team, which has recently secured invitations to participate in the Universal Cheerleaders Association’s National High School Cheerleading Championship at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Led by their coach, Ariel Scharfschwerdt, the EIHS varsity cheer team will head to the Sunshine State in early February to compete.
